Lake of the Ozarks Bikefest

The Noble Eagles, along with Beavers at the Dam, Lake Ozark Harley Davidson, Jim Beam, and the Benne Media Group will be conducting the 3rd Annual National Beef Jerky contest at Beavers at the Dam on Saturday, September 14th. Entry of beef jerky into the event is free. There will be three categories judged: Traditional jerky Spicy jerky Alternative jerky In each category, someone will go home with the title “The Nation’s Best Beef Jerky”! Entrants need to be at Beavers at the Dam by 1:30 p.m. the day of the event, with check-in at 2:00 p.m. Judging is at 3:30 p.m. sharp, with results announced at 4:30 p.m. The 2012 event had over 30 entries and in excess of 1,000 spectators. Once again in 2013, live music will be on site, and the public is urged to attend and sample some of the nation’s best beef jerky!
