Lake of the Ozarks Bikefest

The 2015 Lake of the Ozarks Bikefest was held on September 17 th – 20 th where over 30,000 motorcycles and 40,000 people were in attendance.  The 9 th year of the event saw growth with more bikes, more people and long lengths of overnight stays.  The Lake of the Ozarks Bikefest was advertised throughout the Midwest via biker publications, events, mailings, radio, billboard, internet and biker word of mouth.  Passport Ride The organizers of the event hosted the Passport Program where riders purchased a $20 passport and then rode to 24 separate locations where they received a stamp and then turned the completed passport in at the Lake of the Ozarks Harley Davidson Shop for a drawing that was held at 4:00 pm on Sunday, September 20th. The lucky winner, Todd Hunter from Tower Hill, IL won the 2014 Harley Davidson Softail Breakout. This week is the kick-off for the best bike rally in the Midwest ! We have been waiting all summer to get together with comrades and enjoy riding our hogs, drinking some beers, and having an awesome time. There will be tons of activities happening through the weekend. Here are the quick, "at a glance", details so you won't miss a thing at Bikefest 2015 . Passport Ride The Passport ride will start up on Thursday. You can pick up a passport book at any of the stops, and then hit ALL of the local businesses on the list to fill it up. Once it's filled, you must return it to the Harley Davidson Dealership in Osage Beach, no later than 3:00 PM on Sunday. The drawing starts at 4:00 PM at the Harley Davidson Dealership, and you do not need to be present to win. The bike up for grabs is a 2014 FXSB Softail Breakout, Morocco Gold Pearl. Good luck! With the Lake of the Ozarks Bikefest being less than one week away, we're gearing up for the greatest time of the year!
