Lake of the Ozarks Bikefest

Today is the BIG day!!!  As I cruised around the Lake this morning, I am anticipating this weekend to be the BIGGEST Lake Bikefest yet!  Vendor Villages were setting up first thing this morning, local restaurants and bars have their "Bikers Welcome" signs out and the rumbling of motorcycles can be heard all around the Lake. This event truly is a "group effort" that takes a lot of support from local businesses. Motorcycle enthusiasts from all over the United States will be rumbling their way to Lake of the Ozarks September 12-15 for the 7th annual Lake of the Ozarks BikeFest ! This area offers some of the Nation’s most scenic rides around the Lake of the Ozarks and through the rolling Ozark hills with spectacular views. In addition to over one hundred biker-friendly bars, restaurants, hotels and campgrounds. During the Bikefest, the center lane of the Bagnell Dam Strip will be reserved for "motorcycle parking only" from Thursday morning until Sunday evening during the event. DJ Leo Case will be providing music and event announcements all day Saturday, with speakers set up along the Strip. Many of the bars and restaurants will have music, special events, beer gardens etc. during Bikefest. Also, a number of vendors will be set up at various locations along the Strip.
