Thursday, August 22
  • 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Vendor Booth set up at Buccaneer Bay
  • 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Racer Village set up at Buccaneer Bay
  • 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. - Captain Ron's open for breakfast
  • 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Summit Natural Gas "Make-A-Wish"  Powerboat rides - Dock 3
  • 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Racers can pick up registration packets
  • 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. - Poly Lift Poker Run Registration at Captain Ron's
  • 4:00p.m. to 11:00p.m. - Meet - and - Greet with racers
Shootout Hall of Fame Dinner
  • 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. - Shootout Hall of Fame Dinner at the Stables at Cannon Smoked Saloon
  • 6:00 p.m. - Stereo Shootout presented by Waves and Wheels at Camden on the Lake
  • 7:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.  Benefit Auction at the Stables at Cannon Smoked Saloon
  • 8:00 p.m. Live Entertainment with Soca Juke Box at Captain Ron’s
Friday, August 23
  • 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. - Poly Lift Poker Run - Registration and start at Backwater Jacks
  • 8:00 a.m. to 11 a.m. - Captain Ron's open for Breakfast
  • 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Racer Village open to public at Buccaneer Bay
  • 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Vendor booths open to public at Buccaneer Bay
  • 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. - On-Site Registration on Cannonball Beach
  • 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Safety Inspections & Class Identifications on Dock 4 and Cannonball Beach
  • 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. - Live Entertainment with Soca Jukebox at Captain Ron's.
  • 11:00 p.m. -  Close - Music with DJ AK at Captain Ron's
Saturday, August 24
  • 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - Captain Ron's open for Breakfast
  • 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Registration on Cannonball Beach
  • 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Safety Inspections & Class Identification
  • 8:30 a.m. - Driver's meeting on Cannonball Beach (Driver's meeting will also be held on line - check back for further details.)
  • 8:30 a.m - Opening Ceremony/National Anthem
  • 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. - PWC Classes Run
  • 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Racer Village open to public at Buccaneer Bay
  • 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Vendor booths open to public at Buccaneer Bay
  • 10:00 a.m. - Unveiling of the Bob Morgan Memorial Shootout Hall of Fame and Singing of America the Beautiful
  • 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Shootout Racing (check back for details)
  • 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. - Live Entertainment with Liverpool Legends on the barge at Captain Ron's
  • 10:00 p.m. to Close – Music with DJ Kyle at Captain Ron’s
Sunday, August 25
  • 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.: Registration on Cannonball Beach
  • 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.: Safety inspections and class identification
  • 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.: VIP Dinner and/or Lunch with racers and crews, purchase VIP elite passes starting at $250.
  • 10 a.m.: National Anthem
  • 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.: Racer Village open to the public at Buccaneer Bay
  • 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.: Vendor Booths open to the public at Buccaneer Bay
  • 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.: Shootout Racing
  • 4 p.m.:   Awards Ceremony
  • 4 p.m.: Vendors start taking down their booths
