Lake Bikefest is less than a week away and we're getting excited about giving away a brand new Harley! The Passport Ride is a favorite among attendees of this Missouri biker rally. Each year, hundreds of motorcycle enthusiasts cruise their way across the Lake area collecting stamps in their passport book for the chance to win a new bike. This year will be no different! We've got a great variety of biker-friendly bars, restaurants and more who've signed up to be a stop on the 2016 Passport Ride. Take a look at the map and start planning your route now!

Passport Ride Rules and Regulations

1. Participants are required to register with complete name, address, e-mail, date of birth and phone number on return page of the Passport. A $20.00 entry donation is optional. The 2015 Harley Davidson Street Bob Breakout Motorcycle is the only prize to be awarded.

2. A participant may complete multiple passports. A participant may enter and get stamped at any of the passport stop locations.

3. One stamp is received at each passport stop location. All passport stop locations must be stamped for the passport to be considered complete and approved for the drawing.

4. After all passport stop locations are stamped the passport must be turned in at the Lake of the Ozarks Harley-Davidson Dealership at the “Official Passport Booth”. Completed passports will be accepted the following hours:

• Thursday, September 15th 12:00 noon – 6:00 pm 
• Friday, September 16th 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
• Saturday, September 17th 8:00 am – 8:00 pm 
• Sunday, September 18th 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

5. Passports must be turned in no later than 2:00 pm on Sunday, September 18, 2016. Passport participants are not required to make any purchases.

6. Passport participants do not need to be present to win. Winner will be notified in person, by phone call, e-mail or certified mail.

7. Passports participants are not required to purchase a passport to enter the drawing for the motorcycle. To enter send name, address and phone number on a 3”x5” index card to Lake of the Ozarks Convention & Visitor Bureau, P.O. Box 1498, Osage Beach, MO 65065 that must be postmarked between Thursday, September 1 – Friday, September 9, 2016 to be considered for the drawing at the Lake of the Ozarks Harley-Davidson Dealership. One entry per envelope, per day and no photocopies or mechanically produced entries accepted.

8. The drawing will a random and held at approximately 3:00 pm on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at the Lake of the Ozarks Harley-Davidson Dealership. The drawing will consist of one participant passport completed contact page being drawn for the 2015 Harley-Davidson Street Bob Motorcycle. Winner will be responsible for picking up their prize at the time and location designated by the sponsors. Prize may not be redeemed for cash. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, which must be returned to the address identified on the affidavit within five (5) days of the date of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable will be awarded to another person. All tax(es) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Entry constitutes permission to use winners name and likenesses for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Odds of winning are based on the number entries received.

9. Employees of the sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and immediate family members are not eligible.

10. Sponsors are not responsible for omitted or interrupted transaction date, communication, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or human processing error.
