Lake BikeFest 2017 Passport Giveaway
Lake BikeFest 2017 is gearing up! September 13-17 can't get here fast enough, as it will be the biggest motorcycle event at the Lake of the Ozarks. In the mean time, we are excited to announce that the Lake BikeFest 2017 Passport Giveaway is planned and ready to go! We will be giving away a 2015 Harley-Davidson Dyna Wide Glide Motorcycle to one LUCKY winner.
1. Participants are required to register with complete name, address, e-mail, date of birth and phone number on return page of the Passport. A $20.00 entry is a donation. The 2015 Harley-Davidson Dyna Wide Glide Motorcycle is the only prize to be awarded.
2. A participant may complete multiple passports. A participant may enter and get stamped at any of the passport stop locations.
3. One stamp is received at each passport stop location. All passport stop locations must be stamped for the passport to be considered complete and approved for the drawing.
4. Passports must be turned in no later than 2:00 pm on Sunday, September 17, 2017. Passport participants are not required to make any purchases.
5. Passport participants do not need to be present to win. Winner will be notified in person, by phone call, e-mail or certified mail.
6. Passports participants are not required to purchase a passport to enter the drawing for the motorcycle. To enter send name, address and phone number on a 3”x5” index card to Lake of the Ozarks Convention & Visitor Bureau, P.O. Box 1498, Osage Beach, MO 65065 that must be postmarked between Friday, September 1 – Friday, September 8, 2017, to be considered for the drawing at the Lake of the Ozarks Harley-Davidson Dealership. One entry per envelope, per day and no photocopies or mechanically produced entries accepted.
7. The drawing will a random and held at approximately 3:00 pm on Sunday, September 17, 2017, at the Lake of the Ozarks Harley-Davidson Dealership. The drawing will consist of one participant passport completed contact page being drawn for the 2015 Harley-Davidson Dyna Wide Glide Motorcycle. Winner will be responsible for picking up their prize at the time and location designated by the sponsors. Prize may not be redeemed for cash. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, which must be returned to the address identified on the affidavit within five (5) days of the date of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable will be awarded to another person. All tax(es) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Entry constitutes permission to use winners name and likenesses for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Odds of winning are based on the number entries received.
8. Employees of the sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and immediate family members are not eligible.
9. Sponsors are not responsible for omitted or interrupted transaction date, communication, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or human processing error. Limited time offer. Content may be modified or eliminated at the discretion of the sponsors. All entries become property of the sponsors and none will be returned. Drawing open to residents of the United States who are of legal drinking age at the time of the entry.
10. After all passport stop locations are stamped the passport must be turned in at the Lake of the Ozarks Harley-Davidson Dealership at the “Official Passport Booth”. Completed passports will be accepted the following hours: Wednesday, September 13th, 11:00 am – 6:00 pm, Thursday, September 14th 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Friday, September 15th, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm, Saturday, September 16th, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm, Sunday, September 17th 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.

The Passport Stops
