How Does The 2018 Lake BikeFest Passport Ride Work?
Experience the ride of a lifetime and participate in the 2018 Lake BikeFest Passport Ride! For those of you who are new to this awesome ride, you are in for a treat. For information on more exciting happenings at the biggest biker event in MO, visit our website at www.LakeBikeFest.com. Here's how the 2018 Lake BikeFest Passport Ride will work.
RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Participants are required to register with complete name, address, e-mail, date of
birth and phone number on the return page of the Passport. A $20.00 entry is a donation.
The 2017 Harley-Davidson FXDL 103 Dyna Low Rider Motorcycle is the only prize to be
awarded.
2. A participant may complete multiple passports. A participant may enter and get
stamped at any of the passport stop locations.
3. One stamp is received at each passport stop location. All passport stop locations
must be stamped for the passport to be considered complete and approved for the
drawing.
4. After all passport stop locations are stamped the passport must be turned in at the
Lake of the Ozarks Harley-Davidson Dealership at the “Official Passport Booth”.
Completed passports will be accepted the following hours:
Wednesday, September 12
11:00 am – 6:00 pm
Thursday, September 13
9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday, September 14
9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday, September 15
9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Sunday, September 16
10:00 am – 3:00 pm
5. Passports must be turned in no later than 3:00 pm on Sunday, September 16, 2018.
Passport participants are not required to make any purchases.
6. Passport participants do not need to be present to win. Winner will be notified in
person, by phone call, e-mail or certified mail.
7. Passports participants are not required to purchase a passport to enter the drawing
for the motorcycle. To enter send name, address and phone number on a 3” x 5” index
card to Full Throttle Magazine, 3904 S. Old Highway 94, Suite 300, St. Charles, MO
63304 that must be postmarked between Monday, September 3 – Friday, September 7,
2018 to be considered for the drawing at the Lake of the Ozarks Harley-Davidson
Dealership. One entry per envelope, per day and no photocopies or mechanically
produced entries accepted.
8. The drawing will a random and held at approximately 4:00 pm on Sunday, September
16, 2018 at the Lake of the Ozarks Harley-Davidson Dealership. The drawing will
consist of one participant passport completed contact page being drawn for the 2017
Harley-Davidson FXDL 103 Dyna Low Rider Motorcycle. Winner will be responsible for
picking up their prize at the time and location designated by the sponsors. Prize may not
be redeemed for cash. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and
release of liability, which must be returned to the address identified on the affidavit
within five (5) days of the date of notification or an alternate winner will be selected.
Any prize notification returned as undeliverable will be awarded to another person. All
tax(es) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Entry constitutes permission to use
winners name and likenesses for publicity purposes without additional compensation.
Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received.
9. Employees of the sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion
agencies and immediate family members are not eligible.
10. Sponsors are not responsible for omitted or interrupted transaction date,
communication, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or human processing error.
Limited time offer. Content may be modified or eliminated at the discretion of the
sponsors. All entries become property of the sponsors and none will be returned.
Drawing open to residents of the United States who are of legal drinking age at the time
of the entry.
